Conventional Aluminum Anodizing
Aluminum anodizing is an outstanding solution for protecting parts and components against everyday wear and tear. DCHN has been providing a range of high quality aluminum anodizing services for over 40 years. Our experience, innovation, and excellence have helped make us a leader in the industry.
Aluminum anodizing is an electrochemical process that thickens and toughens the naturally-occurring, protective oxide layers of aluminum parts and components. It provides numerous benefits which can significantly improve the performance of any treated part, including far greater hardness, extended working life, and better corrosion, abrasion, and dielectric resistance.

Anodizing (Type II)
Our standard anodizing process, called Sulfuric or Type II anodizing, produces a clear coating that improves your parts’ corrosion resistance and durability, and provides excellent electrical insulation. These aluminum anodized coatings can be dyed in various colors.

Hardcoat Anodizing (Type III)
Using our proprietary Sanford Process®, we are able to hardcoat anodize nearly any aluminum material or alloy, including 2000 Series and cast. Delivers superior hardness, uniformity, and durability, provides outstanding corrosion and abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity, and can be dyed bright, vibrant colors.
